MAN TIME’s goal is to provide a safe, judgment‑free space where men experiencing Post‑Incarceration Syndrome (PICS) can heal, reconnect, and successfully reintegrate into their families and communities through structured peer support, bi‑weekly group sessions focused on mental health, accountability, and resilience, and intentional cognitive‑behavioral and fatherhood reunification planning that restores stability, purpose, and healthy decision‑making.

MAN TIME IS A TRANSFORMATIVE 13-WEEK PROGRAM DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING MEN, WITH A FOCUS ON THOSE WHO HAVE A JUSTICE-INVOLVED BACKGROUND, BY ADDRESSING THE SEVEN MOST PRESSING CHALLENGES THAT THEY FACE THROUGH REAL CONVERSATION, MENTORSHIP, AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT BY CREATING A SPACE FOR GROWTH, HEALING, AND LEADERSHIP FROM THE BLOCK TO THE BOARDROOM.
